The Adelaide West Progressive Christianity Group meets in the Chapel of the Adelaide West Uniting Church on the third Wednesday evening, January through November, at 7:00 p.m. for a Service of Worship, led by one of the following Moderators:Each Service will have a theme related to one or more of the Goals of Progressive Christianity In lieu of a sermon, there will be a Speaker or a group of Speakers, sometimes from within the Group and sometimes an invited Guest Speaker(s) The whole Service will have been designed by the Worship Leader in consultation with the Speaker(s) to form a consistent whole After the presentation, a Discussion Moderator will convene a Q&A and general discussion on the theme of the Service The Benediction is supposed to be given at 8:00 p.m., but often the discussion runs over time! Following the Service, there will be a light supper, kindly provided by Lesley Ashman Worshippers are asked to make a small donation of your determination towards the Group's running costs Guests are always welcome at the Progressive Christianity Services!
